BENNIE'S Homes partnering with Rutherford Enterprises offers numerous rental homes in Nelson, Amherst and Buckingham Counties.  When you rent from Rutherford Enterprises and buy from Bennie's Homes, Rutherford Enterprises will release you from your lease (with no extra charge) when your new home by Bennie's Homes is complete. 

Our rental properties are available through 1 year and month-to-month leases.  Tenants are responsible for all utilities: electric, gas, water, sewer, telephone, cable,etc.  Pets under 40 lbs.-$25.00 additional monthly pet rent, pets over 40 lbs.-$40.00 additional monthly pet rent.  All pets must be approved by property manager, and are allowed only on outside property.  No inside pets.  References required.  Renters Insurance recommended. (Annual premium approximately $125)
